8. Lead Marketplace

Realomate operates a lead marketplace where users can buy and sell real estate leads. By using the marketplace, you agree to the following terms:

For Sellers

  • You must have legitimate ownership or rights to sell the lead information you list.
  • All lead information must be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
  • You agree to provide valid contact information for leads you sell.
  • Leads are subject to verification by Realomate's automated systems. Verification tier (Contact Verified, AI Analyzed, Self-Reported) reflects the level of verification performed.
  • Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. Payouts are processed according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.
  • Realomate reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain fraudulent information.

For Buyers

  • All lead purchases are final. Due to the nature of lead data, refunds are generally not available once contact information has been revealed.
  • Lead quality and conversion rates are not guaranteed. Verification scores and tiers are informational and do not constitute a warranty of lead quality or intent.
  • You agree to use purchased lead information only for legitimate real estate business purposes.
  • You may not resell or redistribute purchased lead information without explicit permission.
  • Exclusivity types (Exclusive, Time-Exclusive, Non-Exclusive) indicate how the lead may be sold to other buyers. Exclusive leads are sold only to you; Non-Exclusive leads may be sold to multiple buyers.

Platform Fees

Realomate charges a platform fee on marketplace transactions. Current fee structures are displayed during the listing and purchase process. Fees are subject to change with notice.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, Realomate may, at its sole discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so. Realomate is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate lead information, failed conversions, or disputes between marketplace users.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

Realomate incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) features to enhance your experience. By using these features, you agree to the following:

AI-Powered Features

Realomate uses AI to provide:

  • Lead Scoring: Automated analysis and scoring of leads based on available data and engagement signals.
  • AI Insights: Automated recommendations and observations about your leads, pipeline, and business performance.
  • Content Generation: AI-assisted drafting of messages, emails, and social media content.
  • Lead Verification: AI analysis of lead information and evidence to assign verification tiers in the marketplace.
  • Audience Suggestions: AI-powered recommendations for targeting and segmentation.
  • Workflow Automation: AI-assisted creation and optimization of automated workflows.

AI Limitations and Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content and recommendations are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
  • AI lead scores and insights are informational and do not guarantee lead quality, conversion likelihood, or business outcomes.
  • AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. Realomate does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.
  • You should not rely solely on AI recommendations for important business decisions.
  • AI features may be modified, improved, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content you send or publish, even if initially drafted by AI.
  • You agree not to use AI features to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with real estate regulations before use.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
